In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.

Access to and use of the gb007 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable to your specific location within Indonesia.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the gb007 Platform or any other gb007-operated service, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by gb007's decision.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of gb007, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered in your own legal name and operated exclusively by you.
• You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme operated by a third-party responsible gaming body that covers online gambling services.

gb007 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend access to an Account pending that verification. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the Account registration process. The following rules apply to all gb007 Accounts:

1. One Account per person: Each natural person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate registrations — whether under the same name or different names — are strictly prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected, gb007 will close all duplicate Accounts and any winnings generated through them may be voided.
2. Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national ID (KTP) or passport, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gb007 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify gb007 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4. Contact details: You must register a valid and personal email address and Indonesian mobile phone number. Shared, temporary, or disposable email addresses are not permitted.
5. Account security: gb007 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You accept full responsibility for any activity conducted through your Account credentials, whether or not authorised by you, except in cases of verified security breaches attributable to gb007's systems.

gb007 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide reasons.

gb007 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any other time gb007 deems necessary.

The following documents are accepted for KYC verification:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian or International Passport (biographic data page)
• For address verification where required: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and current address

Documents must be submitted as clear, legible digital images or scans. gb007 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving a complete document set. Complex cases may take longer; you will be notified if additional documentation is required.

gb007 may also request periodic re-verification if your Account activity triggers enhanced due-diligence checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

gb007 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• QRIS: QR code payments via any QRIS-compatible Indonesian banking or e-wallet application

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gb007, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
2. Processing time: Most deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the originating institution and the time of the transaction relative to Indonesian banking cut-off times.
3. No platform fees: gb007 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which gb007 accepts no responsibility.
4. Own account requirement: You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the originating account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and potential Account suspension.
5. Rupiah only: gb007 does not accept deposits in any currency other than IDR. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be declined by the payment processing layer.

gb007 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals from your gb007 Wallet Balance are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC prerequisite: You must have successfully completed identity verification (see Section 4) before any withdrawal will be processed.
2. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. gb007 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit on verified Accounts under standard conditions, although very large withdrawals may require additional verification.
3. Processing time: gb007 targets same-session withdrawal processing for verified Accounts. Most withdrawals are processed within two (2) hours of the request being submitted. During peak periods or where additional checks are required, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. gb007 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity. gb007 will, by default, return funds to the same method used for the most recent deposit of sufficient value.
5. Bonus funds: Only Wallet Balance funds that have fully met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Any Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirements will remain locked and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met or the bonus offer expires.
6. No platform fees: gb007 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply inbound transfer fees; gb007 accepts no responsibility for such charges.

gb007 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and by any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus grants carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is disclosed in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met within the specified validity period.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be claimed and their wagering requirements fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period and are removed from your Account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your Account at any time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in the newer bonus being declined.
• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to eligible players as defined in each promotion. Participation in promotions is limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. gb007 reserves the right to exclude any player from a bonus if it reasonably believes the bonus is being abused.
• Bonus abuse: Any conduct that gb007 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion with other players, using a prohibited betting strategy to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting an error in a promotion — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Modification and withdrawal: gb007 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change will not adversely affect a player who has already accepted a bonus offer and is actively working towards the wagering requirement.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the gb007 Platform, spanning slots, live casino tables, sports betting, and all other game formats:

• Certified RNG: All slot and non-live-dealer games offered through gb007 use independently certified random number generation. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player or by gb007.
• Live dealer tables: Live casino games — including Baccarat, Live Dragon Tiger, Speed Roulette, and bandar ceme (an Indonesian card-domino game) — are conducted in real time with human dealers on regulated equipment. Decisions made by the dealer in accordance with the applicable game rules are final.
• Sportsbook: Sports betting odds are determined by gb007's professional trading team. Odds are subject to change before a market is accepted. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked. gb007 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption, or where the bet was placed on an erroneous price.
• Mix parlay bets: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple football or sports legs are accepted subject to the maximum payout limits published in the sportsbook. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided, the remaining legs continue and the payout is recalculated.
• Insufficient funds: Wagers cannot be placed if your Wallet Balance is insufficient to cover the stake at the time of bet placement. The Platform will not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Technical failures: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, gb007's server logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a fault attributable to gb007's systems, the stake for that round will be refunded in full. gb007 accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by your own internet connection.
• Undisputed results: Game and sports results that have been settled by gb007 in accordance with the applicable rules are considered final. Complaints regarding settled results must be submitted via the live-chat support channel within 48 hours of the relevant event. Results will not be reopened after this period unless gb007 identifies a system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb007 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances derived from the prohibited activity, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception — including providing false identity documents during KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game logic in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including sharing cards or game information in live dealer games, or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or latency advantages to gain an unfair edge. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity. gb007 will report suspicious account activity to the relevant authorities where required.
• Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have advance non-public knowledge of, including events in which you have direct personal involvement.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your Account, or accessing or using another person's Account, regardless of whether that person has given you their consent.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats, or any form of intimidating conduct directed at gb007 staff or other players via any channel, including live chat support.

gb007 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gambling behaviour. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time via the Account settings menu or by contacting live-chat support. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: You may enable session time reminders that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a duration of your choosing.
• Cooling-off period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from gb007 at any time by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is applied, your Account will be closed permanently and you will be prevented from re-registering. This measure is irreversible.
• Age verification: Strict 21+ enforcement is applied at registration and during KYC. gb007 will close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform or its content without gb007's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the gb007 name, logo, or any other intellectual property for commercial purposes, including in advertising, affiliation, or promotional materials, without a written agreement with gb007.
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or server.

Any unauthorised use of gb007's intellectual property will result in immediate licence termination and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb007's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gb007 shall not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not such loss was foreseeable or gb007 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from your inability to access the Platform due to maintenance, system upgrades, or events outside gb007's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions).
• Loss arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional material.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was not caused by a fault in gb007's security systems.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits gb007's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• By you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting gb007 support via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• By gb007: gb007 may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or criminal activity, if you fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe, if your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination by gb007 for cause, any Wallet Balance that remains after deducting funds derived from prohibited activity or bonus abuse may be returned to your verified payment method at gb007's discretion. gb007 is not obligated to return funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

Sections covering Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Intellectual Property shall survive termination of your Account and these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gb007 is licensed and incorporated as an online gaming operator.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of gb007 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. gb007 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and shall have no liability to you if your use of the Platform contravenes local law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through gb007's internal complaints procedure (see Section 16) may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as designated by gb007. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

gb007 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gb007 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Any Wallet Balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, together with the effective date and version number. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
